With over 25 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, I have dedicated my career to leadership, education, and building strong and collaborative relationships with the citizens whom I serve in my community. Over my career, I have developed a deep commitment to fostering trust and meaningful connections between law enforcement and the public, fostering and becoming a champion for positive change and innovation in public safety.

With over 27 years of dedicated law enforcement experience, I have built a career centered on fostering safer, stronger communities through proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and meaningful engagement. My journey has been defined by a commitment to public service, leadership, and innovation in addressing complex societal challenges.
Duane Marapao
Founder
With over 23 years as a firefighter paramedic, and 27 years in the military, my journey has been one of service, dedication, and resilience. In the United States Army, I worked to build bridges between military forces and local populations, finding solutions to strengthen relationships and foster growth. Similarly, in the fire department, I connected with citizens through safety and awareness programs, emergency preparedness training, and mentorship initiatives, empowering individuals and enhancing community resilience.
